3. Important disclaimers about the service

Founder Personality Quiz is an informational and research-based service. Quiz outputs, scores, profiles, and explanatory content are intended to provide insight and reflection, not professional advice or formal evaluation.

4. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the website. If you create or use an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. By registering for an account or otherwise using account-based features, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old.

We may offer sign-in through external identity providers such as LinkedIn or Google. If you choose such a sign-in method, your use of that provider is also subject to its own terms and privacy rules.

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, our rights, or to investigate suspected misuse.

5. Quiz responses, results, and institution-specific flows

When you submit quiz answers, you agree that we may process those answers to generate your founder personality results and operate the Founder Personality Quiz service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If you join Founder Personality Quiz through an institution-specific flow, any sharing with the relevant institution must be clearly presented to you in that flow, including the name of the institution, before any such sharing takes place. Any institution receiving such data acts under its own responsibility for its own purposes.

Founder Personality Quiz data must not be represented or relied upon as a basis for admissions, funding, hiring, or other major evaluative decisions.

6. Future paid services and payments

Some clauses in this section apply only if and when we make paid digital products, subscriptions, or other paid services available through the website.

If paid offerings are introduced, the applicable price, billing cycle, scope of service, and any service-specific cancellation or refund information will be presented at the point of purchase and will form part of your contract with us.

Payments may be handled through external payment providers such as Stripe. We reserve the right to change prices, introduce new paid features, or discontinue existing ones, subject to applicable law.

8. Acceptable use

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the website available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend, modify, or remove features where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, technical, legal, or proportionate operational reasons.

Where changes materially affect core paid features, we will seek to give appropriate prior notice and, where legally required, provide any applicable contractual remedy or right to end the affected service.

Cookie consent is separate from any consent relating to quiz processing or institution-specific sharing.

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the content is complete, accurate, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

This does not affect any mandatory statutory rights you may have under applicable law.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or purely economic losses, including loss of profits, business opportunity, or reputation, arising from your use of the website. We are also not liable for decisions made by you or any third party in reliance on Founder Personality Quiz outputs.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website if you materially breach these terms, misuse the service, create security risks, or where continued access would expose us or others to legal or operational harm.

You may stop using the website at any time.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms where this is reasonably necessary due to changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, court decisions, material security requirements, or material changes to the services we provide under these terms. The current version will always be available on this page with an updated effective date.

Where we make material changes relevant to registered users or paid services, we will seek to notify affected users in an appropriate manner, such as by email or through the service, in advance where reasonably possible. If a material change adversely affects a registered user or a paying user, that user may stop using the affected service and, where applicable law or contract so provides, terminate the affected contractual relationship. Where applicable law requires it, continued use alone will not replace any consent or acceptance that must be obtained separately.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

If you are a consumer with your habitual residence in another EU or EEA member state, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.

If you are a merchant or do not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany, the place of jurisdiction shall be Berlin, to the extent permitted by law.

16. Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
